2. Purposes and legal basis of processing

4. Sources of data

We process personal data that we receive as part of your registration on our platform. You register on our platform to receive the best matching job offers.

 

5. Recipient of the data

Your personal data is processed on our behalf on the basis of order processing contracts in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. In these cases, we ensure that the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. We only use your personal data to match your profile with job vacancies offered by business partners on the platform to put you in contact with business partners. You can limit the visibility of your profile at any time.

Your data may be viewed by companies posting job vacancies on our portal and seeking applicants, and by our service providers involved in the application process. We have signed strict confidentiality agreements with our service providers.

 

6. Login and cookie use

We would like to inform you that our job portal uses cookies to provide you with a smooth and personalised user experience. When you log into your talent account, you will automatically remain logged in even if you close the application or close the browser. This gives you quicker access to your application data and current vacancies. However, please note that this feature maintains a permanent connection to your account on your device unless you actively log out.

These cookies do not store any sensitive personal information and are only used to facilitate your use of the job portal. You have the option to log out of your account at any time if you wish to restrict access to your profile.

7. Google maps

When you use Google Maps on our platform, the map is requested directly from your local browser, sending only the coordinates to Google to display the map. This enables us to provide you with geographical information and show you, for example, the location of our company. No personal data or identifying information is transmitted in the process. Your IP address is only processed for the technical transmission of the map data and remains anonymous.

8. Transfer to a third country

No transfer of your data to a third country takes place.

9. Duration of data storage

We will retain your personal data until your account is deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain this data.
