A new version is scheduled for release on Wednesday afternoon, July 30th. This update will introduce several changes, including:
Improved navigation
The newly redesigned menu in the Match app now gives you the flexibility to collapse and expand it as needed. In addition, the updated menu has been enhanced to provide a more accessible experience in line with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). This includes improved keyboard navigation, clearer focus indicators, and support for screen readers, ensuring that all users can easily navigate and interact with the menu regardless of their abilities.
Talent Pool
With the upcoming version, the talent pool offers you additional features designed to increase ease of use and effectiveness:
· Filter by zip code: Quickly find talent in specific regions. This saves time and helps you immediately select the right candidates for local job openings.
· Filter by willingness to work abroad: Easily identify talent open to international opportunities, allowing you to quickly match suitable candidates with global projects.
· Select and link multiple talents to different projects: You can now select several candidates at once and assign them to various projects in a single action, making talent management more efficient and organized.
New Project for customers
When creating a new project as a recruiter, you can now immediately select the customer. This lets you work faster and more clearly on job openings for that customers, prevents duplicate work, and streamlines project management.
