At the Zukunft Personal Europe 2024 (ZP365) in Cologne, 8vance is introducing a series of innovative features for its AI-driven talent matching platform. Visitors to the fair can experience first-hand the revamped timeline, project page, and our unique gap analysis. These new functionalities make it even easier for organizations to quickly and efficiently find and match the right talent.
New features we’re introducing at the fair:
- New organization onboarding: Improved guidance for organizations to get started quickly on our platform.
- Revamped timeline: Easily track applicants, interested talents, and matches with a fresh design, retaining the familiar functionalities.
- Redesigned project page: Get a clear overview of project information such as status, location, salary, and applicants. With direct access to WMS and filters for quick navigation.
- Unique gap analysis: Compare a talent’s skills to the requirements of your project and discover where there are matches or skill gaps.
