Data check after parsing
While most data is accurately transferred during CV parsing, there may be instances where certain information is missing or imported incorrectly. To enhance the integrity of talent profiles, the application now indicates when data is incomplete. Furthermore, for each parsed profile, you will be prompted to confirm that all details have been processed appropriately, enabling an efficient review process. If you wish to compare the CV side-by-side with the corresponding profile, this can be done via the ‘CV on/off’ button.
Filter on language
A language filter has been introduced for matching talents and projects.
- Users can identify talents with specific language skills needed for projects.
- Talents can filter projects by required languages within the Career app.
New login page
The login and registration pages in both the Match app and the Career app have been completely redesigned, now featuring a clean and modern look for an improved user experience.
Email blacklist
With the introduction of the new email blacklist feature, users can now restrict the importation of designated email addresses and domains. This enhancement ensures that any engagement with these specified addresses will not appear within the Match app, thereby providing users with an increased level of privacy.
Sending documents
You can now quickly attach files to emails directly from contact or company profiles, saving time and ensuring important documents are always at hand for efficient communication.

Filters
The filters have been redesigned. Instead of a separate tab, filters can now be opened on the side, allowing users to adjust filter settings directly while simultaneously viewing the match results.
CV Upload Analysis
When creating a talent profile through CV parsing, the Match app will now show which CV sections were not recognized and therefore not used for matching. This makes it easier to complete profiles and improve their quality.

Email Inbox and Outbox
If you, as a professional, have linked your email account and the import option is enabled, you can easily view all your received and sent emails under Settings – Configurations. This way, you always have a quick overview of your email traffic.

User Settings
The updated user settings page, available in both the Match app and the Careers app, now offers you, as a user, a clearer and more intuitive way to manage your personal preferences. You can easily reset your password yourself and use two-factor authentication (2FA). This not only provides additional security but also gives you more control over the security of your account. Thanks to the new design, you can navigate more quickly to the settings relevant to you and manage your data with confidence.
Start your career profile from a CV
Talents can create their own profile through a step-by-step onboarding process or by uploading a CV directly. After analyzing the document, the candidate continues the onboarding process and adds skills to their profile.

Improved navigation
The newly redesigned menu in the Match app now gives you the flexibility to collapse and expand it as needed. In addition, the updated menu has been enhanced to provide a more accessible experience in line with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). This includes improved keyboard navigation, clearer focus indicators, and support for screen readers, ensuring that all users can easily navigate and interact with the menu regardless of their abilities.
Talent Pool
With the upcoming version, the talent pool offers you additional features designed to increase ease of use and effectiveness:
· Filter by zip code: Quickly find talent in specific regions. This saves time and helps you immediately select the right candidates for local job openings.
· Filter by willingness to work abroad: Easily identify talent open to international opportunities, allowing you to quickly match suitable candidates with global projects.
· Select and link multiple talents to different projects: You can now select several candidates at once and assign them to various projects in a single action, making talent management more efficient and organized.
New Project for customers
When creating a new project as a recruiter, you can now immediately select the customer. This lets you work faster and more clearly on job openings for that customers, prevents duplicate work, and streamlines project management.
