Introduction of the Match App: AI-driven recruitment with a new design
In 2016, the Match App was introduced, presenting AI-driven recruitment with a new design. By focusing on data processing, match accuracy and data visualisations such as the radar, the app improved precision, made AI technology available and enabled accelerated hiring. The use of AI at that time set a new standard for recruitment and marked a significant step towards a transparent labour market.

A career app during COVID
During the pandemic in 2020, we launched the career app to help job seekers quickly find new opportunities. It offered personalised advice and analysis of skills gaps and supported thousands of people affected by redundancies. This milestone reinforced our commitment to social impact and demonstrated how technology can empower people in times of crisis.

Founding of Jobliebe
In 2021, we founded Jobliebe to provide payment solutions for freelancers, interns and golden careers (after retirement). This addition supported our mission to create a dynamic employment landscape and make financial processes as agile as the careers we help build.

Investment round with ECFG
8vance Matching Technologies is entering a new phase of growth with an investment from ECFG via the Eindhoven Venture Capital Fund II. The company is an innovator in the labour market with intelligent AI and digital twin technology. With the capital injection, 8vance aims to make the benefits and convenience of this technological breakthrough accessible to everyone.

In 2024, we ranked second in the Deloitte Technology Fast50, recognising our rapid growth and impact on the labour market. This award confirmed our leadership position in AI-driven talent solutions and inspires us to continue pushing boundaries. In 2025, we were once again awarded 3rd place.

Launch of Integrated ATS Workflows
In 2025, we introduced an integrated ATS module, combining workflows with AI matching. This innovation delivers a seamless experience for employers and candidates, moving us closer to automated skills based organising.
